Order Cancellation
- We do not allow cancellation of orders unless you have an HONEST and VALID reason. Cancellation Fee: 20% of the Total Price
Payment Deadline
- Please pay on or before the stated deadline. All deadline of payments (DOPs) are stated in our products. Late Payment Fees: Php 30.00 per day of late payments.
Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs)
- Normally, the items will arrive 4-6 weeks after the release date or after it has been shipped on our KR Address. Please be patient, delays on the shipment is inevitable especially during this time.
Additional Orders
- If you want to add an additional item, kindly reply to your order confirmation e-mails and wait for our response.
Out of Stock
- In case of out of stock items, we can either refund your payments or you can change your order. You can't revert to your original orders once the items restocked from KR Stores or Supplier, you must place another order for that item.
Combined Shipping
- We are allowing combined shipment for all of your orders.
Unclaimed Orders
- Please claim your orders as soon as you received our #ZIP_ARRIVAL e-mails. We will only allot 1 month for all buyers to claim their orders, otherwise, we will sell it to other potential buyers.
Damaged Items
- Please be reminded that we will not be liable for all loss, damage (from international/local shipping) and/or defects (manufacturing) of all our items. Rest assured that all items will be double-checked, packed well and secured before we proceed to shipment. If the damaged was proven to be in our fault, we will issue a refund for your orders.
Incomplete Items
- Always take an unboxing video so we can look into your claim in case your order is incomplete or wrong. Please be reminded that we do not allow PICTURES as proof for your claims. We will handle all shipping fees for the return of your orders.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY ENDS ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. YOU CAN VIEW YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS ON "TRACK ORDERS". FOLLOW UP ON SHIPMENTS TO LOCAL COURIERS IS THE RESPONBILITY OF THE BUYERS.
